The entrepreneurial training program is designed to train the next generation of entrepreneurs. Our training program offers two types of training courses. One is for entrepreneurs that want to start independent business ventures and the other is for individuals that need a dual track business career. Both of these career choices will allow entrepreneurs to become self-employed.

The Modern Workforce Marketplace began in the late 60s. It came into existence with the service driven economy. The current American workforce is a left over relics from the Rural/Industry Era, when the forty-hour workweek was the norm, along with a paid vacation and retirement benefits. The service driven economy has also created a new empowered workforce. The dual track career employees are redefining the meaning of work. Individuals with this type of business career skills can choose to work for others or themselves. The dual track business career is a newly defined choice for individuals and entrepreneurs that want the option to be self-employed, work for others and/or have other work for them. In the new service driven economy the emphasis is on self-employment weather it be full or part time.

Workforce Intrapreneuring will be the most popular way to grow a small business in NuAmericas. The name NuAmericas was given to the new nation that is rising in the western hemisphere. It will come into existence in 2005, with the Free Trade Area of the America (FTAA). The FTAA is a free trade agreement between 34 countries from the Caribbean, North, Central and South America. When fully implemented it will create a single market between member countries and will be the world largest market that will attend from the top of Canada to the tip of Argentina. Within a decade it will have a population that stretch from the top Canada to the tip of Argentina. The Gross Domestic Product (GDP) will be more than 15 trillion dollars thereby, making it first Economic and Trade Ultra-Superpower.  To be successful in the NuAmericas and the service driven economy you must acquire new business leadership skills, which will give you the option to manage your own business venture. The workforce marketplace for NuAmerican is currently being established. This new empowered workforce will have both technical and business skills. These self-employed workers can choose to work for themselves or others. This new workforce marketplace will be controlled by independent workers that will have options they never had before.

John Pintoh II, coined the phase “Intrapreneur” to describe an entrepreneur managing an independent business enterprise inside corporations and other multinational firms. However, the service driven economy has taking Intrapreneuring to another level. The dual track entrepreneurs work for an outside company full-time, while running. Their own a private business venture. Workforce intrapreneuring will play a key role in the Modern Workforce Marketplace. Workforce Intrapreneurs have special technical and/or business skills, which allow them to own their own business and the option to run it full or part-time.  Employers that choose these types of employees, do so, with the full knowledge of their work outside their main jobs. Sometime, these workers use the same skills they use on their corporate jobs. In the Modern American Workforce marketplace a secondary career choices are taken more serious.

The Internet and satellite communication are examples of the technology the next generation of entrepreneurs must master it if they are to be successful. In this new work environment an entrepreneur must grasp and be capable of using high-tech communication and on-line marketing tools.
