Business
Development Team
The
Fast Track Business Development includes a business
development team that provide assistance to small and home based business owners
enrolled in the program. The Fast Track Program also incorporates a Small
Business Development Incubator, (SBDI) which builds business models and
franchises. The Fast Track Program is attached to executive office and
industrial park facilities. Business and support associates who enroll in the
business development teams are from the public and private professionals,
consultants, developers and marketers. Professional
consultants are attached to Small Business Development Incubators, and assist in
building certified business models and franchises.
Members of a business
development team is recruited from both the private and public sectors and have
experience in providing assistance to small and home based businesses. The Fast
Track Business Development Program enrolls business associates, professional
consultants, and business developers who can assist in the administering of our
fast track assistance and globalization programs.
These
associates also assist in the development of business models, distributorship
models, and franchise models. In today’s
fast-pace economy, a business model is a must for a new business venture that
expects to grow beyond their local community. Developing a successful business
model is the only way a small growing business can attract venture capital
and/or other types of funding necessary to grow in the fast-pace global economy.
These models must be built on a growth platform where they can receive
additional assistance when needed. Establishing
a local business development team that can provide the assistance necessary for
community businesses to grow is the number one priority of the fast track
program.
Membership
Partners
Membership partners enrolled
in our fast track business development program treat their small and home-based
businesses like an investment and become successful in months instead of years.
The new high-tech and global economy has caused a change in the way small and
home-based businesses are started, and funded. There are three stages to
business growth and they all include the use of a business model. Entrepreneurs,
who have a new idea for a business or ways to improve on an old idea, can now
build a business model around their idea in a dot-com business incubator. Our
dot-com business incubator builds brick and click business models, as well as
high-tech web based business models. All business models are built on growth
platforms, where they can get the necessary assistance when needed, and support
is always at there finger tips. If you start a business and you don’t have
what it takes to grow it, and cash out early before it loses it competitive
advantage.
