Condo Maintenance Program

The Condominium Property Maintenance Association (CPMA) was established to build and maintain property owned by condo apartment partnerships. This condo maintenance program includes property owners, managers and construction companies. Selected companies are used to build, renovate and repair properties from duplexes to multi-story apartment complexes. 

CPMA qualified companies provides new construction, repairs and other services needed by real-estate property owners. There is also a residential property owners referral service inside the CPMA. It include single family home owners  who join the association to get quality repair services and uses the consortium buying power for leverage and saving when purchasing  goods and services needed to maintain there property. This allows private property owners and others such as senior citizens on fix incomes to keep down the cost of maintaining their property.
