The Condominium Property
Maintenance Association (CPMA) was established to build and maintain
property owned by condo apartment purchasing partnerships. This condo
maintenance program includes property owners, managers and construction
companies. Selected companies are used to build, renovate and repair
properties from duplexes to multi-unit apartment complexes.
CPMA qualified companies provides new construction, repairs and other services needed by real-estate property owners. This association was established to assist condo apartment partnerships with qualified property maintenance service providers. There is also a residential property owners referral service inside the CPMA. It provide both affiliates and full-members who join the association to get quality repair services and uses our group buying power for leverage which result, into saving on the normal goods and services needed to maintain there residential and/or investment property. This allows property owners to keep down the cost of maintaining their property. Members can also select companies from our private on-line directory of CPMA members.
When the consortium either purchase or built, an apartment complex, the association chooses the maintenance teams who oversees the maintenance and renting of vacancy apartments. This condo maintenance program includes property owners, managers and construction companies. Selected companies are used to build, renovate and repair properties from single story duplexes to multi-story apartment complexes. These teams also cut the grass, fix the plumbing and provide other maintenance needed by condo apartment dwellers. Condo partnerships are serviced by certified commercial and residential modular/real-estate agents and brokers.
