These teams build new apartment complexes and use modular and conventional buildings methods. Once a pre-construction team is assembled, condo partners use them to get the necessary permits to build or renovate existing apartment units.

Property Renovation Groups

Property renovation teams are lead by home improvement contractors and other service providers such as; plumbers, roofers, painters, carpenters, landscapers, carpet installers and cleaners. This program allow members to maintain their properties by using outside maintenance service providers.

These building team specialists come from different fields in the construction industry, therefore they are capable of helping  condo partners with building, occupancy  permits, zoning issues; such as conditional use regulation required in some instances by cities and town planning departments.
