Small Business Development Incubators, (SBDI)

Small business owners who want to grow businesses beyond their local markets are encouraged to enroll in our small business incubator program to build their business models. Our small business incubator program develops business models to meet and exceed the performance standards set by their business plans. Selected ventures must undergo a rigorous development program to produce a working business model. The development incubator provides entrepreneurs with development services from the start-up concept to advanced management and marketing services. These services include operations strategic, organizational structure, planning, and co-op and shared office services, administrative support teams and field market testing in the actual marketplace. Our business development teams are made up of independent business associates and professional consultants that requires very little from existing staff. Only business owners with a third party verified business model could apply for equity funding and venture capital, through the fast track program.

Small business incubators are located in executive office and industrial park suites. These shared office and warehouse facilities provide low-cost support services such as, conference rooms, mailing address services, telephone answering services, and secretarial services, including copying, faxing, and Internet access. Executive office suite facilities allow small businesses to pay only for the services they use. Small businesses that apply for the fast track program pay a flat fee for their business development services during the enrollment period. The fast track program uses only executive office and industrial park suites, which can provide Internet access and global marketing services. Authorized centers are used as home offices to business associates such as; small business trainers, direct sell marketers, business developers, professional consultants, and financial brokers. These centers also serve as home office extension service providers to small business owners who manage their businesses from home and need to meet clients in an enhanced business setting.

There are also dot-com business incubators in the fast track program. They provide the enterprise concept with start-up and advance management and marketing services, including; operation definition, organizational designs, strategic planning, co-op furnished offices, shared-office-services, administrative support, team building, and market testing. These incubators provide a step-by-step enterprise development process that builds and launches business models.

The Industrial Park Suite is a facility for small companies such as; small manufacturers, product assembly operations and small businesses that need small warehouse storage space. They are managed like their counter-part the executive office center. These industrial park spaces can range from 300 to 1200 square feet. HomeBiz Global Centers are the next generation of executive office suites. They differ from the traditional office suites because they combine office and conference room leasing with business development services. In addition to shared-office-support services, these global centers offer 25 additional small business support and development services. They have furnished offices and the latest communication technology for conferencing and accessing the Internet.
